Frequently Asked Questions

No, we do not require long term contracts. Our service agreements are month to month. We want you to be a long term client because you love the service and the savings, and we work hard every day to earn your business./p>

When you submit your order we will contact you with a a survey to find out how you need your phone system setup. This includes your business hours, extension names, hunt/call groups, queues, holiday schedule, and the like. Once we have this information, it normally takes two or three business days for setup.

Yes! We can generally port your telephone numbers from your old carrier. This process normally takes two to four weeks. During this time, you can use your new AccentLogic phone system by forwarding your published numbers to a temporary number that we assign to your system. Outbound calls will still show your published business telephone number, so the conversion is very seamless.

Yes! We provide free software that allows you to use your remote computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet as your telephone. Call quality is superb, and calls will be “from” your office telephone number and system.

We offer two methods for remote staff to participate in Call Queues.
One option is for the user to configure their cell phone or other remote telephone number on their extension – when a queue call polls their extension, it will ring their mobile or remote phone number.
They can answer an handle the call, or if they do not answer the call will continue to poll other agents in the queue. The second option is to use our Windows, Mac, Android or iOS soft phones or web client for a full featured experience.

Because your phone system is in the cloud it will continue to answer and route calls if your office internet connection is down. Calls can route to cell phones or remote extensions using softphones. The disaster recovery and business continuity options are extensive!
