Preparing for v20 Part 1 – Split DNS for 3CX

Version 20 – the next major update – will require on-premise installs to have split DNS configured. You’ll recall we first announced this requirement was on the horizon in Update 8 Alpha, and later followed this with a reminder in our Version 18 Update 8 Final blog. iOS 18.6.4 Official Release

Android 18.1.5 Official Release

The latest official release of our Android App is now available for update and download from the Google Play Store. It introduces a new and improved contact matching algorithm, a notification screen providing further information of the routing of the call, as well as H264 support for your SIP phone and doorbells. iOS final preparations underway for production release

iOS 18.6.4 Beta has entered the last stages ahead of a production release. We appreciated your feedback on the recent beta release for iOS. As a result, we’ve done more testing and followed through with the required fixes. This final update ahead of the official release is now available for TestFlight members. Android fine tuning ahead of production release

Android 18.1.5 Beta is entering the final stages before a production release. Based upon your feedback following the Android BETA release a few days ago we’ve done more testing and followed through with a good number of fixes as a result. Update 8A Final

Update 8A Final is released for production following testing over the last 10 days since our update 8A BETA release. It’s our last update to version 18 including the lockdown of SIP Trunks and system extensions, CFD performance improvements, SMS handling of incoming Alphanumeric Sender IDs, and the ability to turn off RPS for on premise installs.
